I love the new look and feel of the forum. It appears better organized and attractive.

When I joined the forum a couple of years back, I had no clue about IM. Today I run a few successful sites: PainsWeb.com, CurvelleReview.com and a couple of others. My most recent one is an IM site PlrSupply.com which has all the tools you need to successfully run a website or a blog. (shameless plug - lol).
