OK...Nanacast plus my Fixed term membership site

Ok,
I am pretty happy with the start of my website. If you want to see what I am doing you can check it out at http://www.superchargeyoursermons.com.
I decided against the forced continuity and free plus shipping offer for fear of customer service issues. In my next site I will try that...But this time I did simply the video squeeze page like Russel Brunson suggests "Give your name and address to get the number one secret for XXXX"
I then have a video that gives the number one secret and then seeks to sell the membership site. I then used the template that I got from Jimmy D. Brown to create my website...
I did a little build up but not a great build up for my launch. I really need to study a bit more on product launches and affiliate programs. What I did do was sent out maybe 3 emails to my main list and sent 10 emails to the list where people asked to be notified. I did a webseminar overview of my system. I then had someone transcribe that for about 20 bucks and began giving it away as a free book.
At any rate, I launched the thing and have had 41 folks sign up and 4 cancel in the first week.
Fixed term membership is the way to go...
Now every week the people get a 5-15 minute overview video of me simply talking about the lesson. In addition, they get 10-15 single spaced lesson. I then read the lesson into mp3. So you can download the audio and the pdf.
I need to move on to advertising...
