Membership Site update

I am certainly no expert...now entering week 3 of my first microcontinuity/membernaire membership site. However, the requirements are not that great for my list of 41 members. I have already received about 3-4 testimonials that I can use in my next launch. What I did was put in my autoresponder sequence a request that the members tell me how I can improve the membership. What I received was some testimonials that are pretty powerful.
In addition, I have had my first 4 people drop out. Looks like finances is the biggest culprit. It is a very inexpensive membership (27 dollars a month for 6 months) so I am not worried about the cost, I can't legitimately reduce it any more.
I also received my first sale through an affiliate link. This was kind of exciting. I really need to do a lot more on that end.
I think that the membernaire/microcontinuity/fixed term membership or whatever you want to call it is the way to go. I am close to stop selling ebooks and take each one and scale it down to a 15 page freebe and then scale it up to a 4-6 month course.
God Bless and keep at it!!
