This is my place to share some thoughts on my progress and setbacks with regard to my efforts making an income online, as well as improving my SEO skills, graphics, web site building and more.
Best day with AdSense so far

I know this probably sounds like a joke to all of you elitist, professional AdSense boys and girls, but I am nonetheless happy to report that, today my first AdSense website has received 3 clicks, and it is not even on Page 1 yet. It was my best earnings with AdSense in one day so far, and I have no idea what attracted those three clicks, when the domain is half-way down on Page 2 when using a quote search (not logged in), but it receives 1-2 clicks every couple of days, so I must have done something right.
I started with this in January and I have been struggling with the site's ranking. The next step will be submitting it to RSS aggregators today, then add some more content and build some more backlinks.
But most importantly: I must research and register new domain names to continue with my efforts in that department. With more websites, instead of those three clicks I could have had thirty clicks today, or even more!
I am using Xfactor's AdSense Blueprint, and even though it feels a bit old in terms of the recent Google changes, the basics are rock solid and it works very well. I use my own design and light-weight code for my sites, and I've polished the SEO with Traffic Travis and other tools.
Now, I really need to get rid of Windows 7 Ultimate and put XP Professional back in, but before then I aim to register at least another two or three domains for further development!
