These last few days have been crazy. I just
launched my recent WSO and product and it
sold like I was giving away money, Unreal.

A lot of hard work and preparation went into
this product. That's the part that people don't
see.

For example, there was the research involved
in finding out what this target market REALLY
wants.

Then it was a question of coming up with
something that filled this need. Once I had
the idea, there was still more work to do.

I had to take the system, walk through it
and record all the steps, one at a time. I
had to make sure I didn't leave anything out
so that the customer didn't come back and
say, "I don't understand."

Guess what? No matter how thorough you
are, some people will still have problems. It
is very difficult to cover every single nook
and cranny. You just do the best you can.

After I had all the steps laid out, I had to
write the book, make the videos and make
sure everything was proofed.

But I wasn't even close to being done.

Next I had to make the sales page and the
ads I was going to use. I had to get my
payment and delivery system in place, test
it and make sure it was working properly.

I had to get everything uploaded to the
server. I had to make sure my hosting
wasn't going to go down on me with all
the videos involved.

So many steps that people don't see. It's
called attention to detail. It's probably the
most difficult part of running any business.

Then I had to actually write my WSO ad
and get it placed.

After that, all that was left was the waiting
to see if it would fly or not. Honestly, you
never really are sure with stuff like this.

Well, in just 6 hours, I made over 2K.

Why?

I understood my market and what they
needed.

I took the time to make the very best product
that I could. I didn't skimp on the details.

After the last few days, I'm pretty much out
of it. I need a few days off. And that's okay.
I increased my monthly income by several
thousand dollars after the dust cleared and
the money is still coming in.

Running an online business is work. If you
thought otherwise, think again. When the day
comes that somebody invents the push
button income generator, I'll be the first to
admit it.

I have a feeling I'm in for a long wait.

If you want to check out my latest WSO, it's
in my sig.

To YOUR Success,

Steven Wagenheim

Congratulations on your success. It sounds like the hard work paid off!

    "No matter how thorough you

    and cranny."

Very true. And it's often not just a lack of covering certain things. It's the inherent difficulty in explaining something you know well to someone who has no knowledge of it. It's not necessarily that the concepts are hard but that we're not sharing a common frame of reference with our readers.

Have you read the book Made to Stick?

One of the things they pointed out is that "Becoming an expert in something means that we become more and more fascinated by nuance and complexity. That's when the Curse of Knowledge kicks in, and we start to forget what it's like not to know what we know."

Anyway, just something to munch on. Take care!
