I don't make it a big secret that I'm a major user of RSS feeds to get links and for promotion. I use several tools to make this work. I put up a free script on day 18 over at BlueFartdigest.com to help everyone out - but I tend to use Rss Rebound most of all.

I spend a few minutes every day (week, month, etc..) keeping things up to date and I have over 200 rss feeds that promote my products, my services, my sites, etc..
