Season of problem customers.

Posted 10-17-2010 at 02:20 PM by swilliams09

I've had a string of offline and online problem customers as of late, and I learned a few good lessons.

Lesson 1. Anyone who refuses to fill out the script forms and take 5 minutes to think about their project, isn't someone you want to do business with.

Lesson 2. Anyone who constantly continues to ask you for more and more outside of your quoted price while refusing to pay more, is not someone you want to do business with.

Lesson 3. Anyone (offline) who refuses to meet face to face or to actually call you. Think about firing them.

Lesson 4. Passive aggressive people aren't worth the headache.

Lesson 5. All of these problem clients are in the end my own fault for not listening to my gut and walking away. Greed can lead you into traps that cost you more money in the long run.

Hmmm....This post was written in a very negative mindset. I wasn't in the best of moods at the time and should probably not blog from a negative place.
