I see the writing on the wall.

My days and in fact many of my coworker's days are numbered. I see the writing on the wall and I figure I have only 8-9 months of employment left. I need to buckle down and learn as much as I can about internet marketing to generate a passive income, while building my video production business.
I am still wallowing in information overload and not knowing where to begin or how to start. I think the first place will be the 30 Day Challenge. It will give me some structure at least although I have no plans for buying their Market Samurai product at the moment.
I will create a new blog and put it in my sig to chronicle my IM adventures.
I have to take some time to deeply analyze what I am doing wrong and right in my Video Production business and see how I can increase my profits.
Nothing says 'motivation' like impending doom!

Having the ability to do some video will put you at a huge advantage.
Is offline marketing a possibility for your area?
There are several models discussed on this forum on how to use video as part of the package, or as it's own package for offline business.
Here is one simple model:

30 day challenge I believe could help you to learn how to get a wordpress site up which is one of the recommendations other than xsite pro.
Everything else on that list is pretty simple.
Good luck to you.

Thanks for the link! I am looking into offline marketing, but I really don't know enough to be confident offering my services as of yet. I am doing some video projects for local video production houses, but I'm in a very small market here.Posted 11-15-2010 at 09:58 PM by swilliams09
