I've purchased a domain name dirknowitzkifans.info to compliment my Dirk Nowitzki fan page. - Since I haven't monetized the fan page or captured a list from the page. - My plan is to use the webpage for those purposes.

Once I'm done creating the site, I plan on running a contest for my fans and capturing their emails as they sign up for the chance to win a free ipod shuffle, etc.

I'll have the site heavy with amazon, cafepress, and other affiliate product displays to entice...

Today I played a bit with my brand new facebook page. It's not done by any means and I've not sent traffic to it, but I just played with some graphic tools I found online and got something out there.

They say "just get it out there and get it perfect later". Ok so it's up. I have not yet gotten my vanity URL for it as I don't have the 25 likes even though there are people who are getting those without the likes.
