Trust is something you only build up through dealing with people personally. How they interact determines whether you can trust someone or whether you should steer clear of them.
Don't make the mistake of thinking that all Warriors are good people, even those who may have a solid rep. There are many fools out there, I was even threatened with violence on one occasion. Site Flipping - Transferring The Site After The Sale

I have had a few people ask me how do you transfer the website to the new owners hosting after it is sold. If you have a site flipping business then you need to know how to do the after sales transfer.

There are a number of ways you can do the after sales process and I suggest you find the way that is going to work out quickest an easiest for you.

Site Flipping Experiment

I recently (Feb 09) built my first ever "to flip" site as a bit of an experiment.

I purchsed the domain at www.namecheap.com for $8.88, added it to my hosting, then installed a basic Wordpress configuration.

I uploaded a few plugins...
  • All-in-one SEO
  • Sociable
  • Google XML Sitemaps

All this took about an hour of real time, I guess. I had already spent a very short amount of time researching some keywords and phrases.
