Well today was long on the regular job but the ride home gave me a chance to reflect on my most recent mess up within Get Response. I had reviewed the return email address but not checked the signature on the return email address to make sure it was the same as the sales letters/infograms that I would be sending out to subscribers. You can imagine my horror when a potential subscriber wrote back and asked me who the "other " (unchanged) signature belonged too! Oh well, back to the...
