What a Crazy Month!

Wow. March 2010 was crazy, and April is proving its worth on the insanity meter as well...so far. But don't get me wrong, this isn't a complaint. I have been pleasantly busy and the work keeps coming in. I am so proud of my business, my product, my team, and my stellar services as a whole.

Does anyone truly realize the value of word-of-mouth referrals? Most of my new clients come through other satisfied clients just dropping my name here and there. Some of them are afraid though, to mention me, knowing that if they do, I might be too busy for them next time they need anything transcribed! Not to worry though...my faithful patrons hold a special place in my heart, and on my work schedule. I will always make time for them.
