I've always believed in giving credit where credit is due. In my recent blog post over at Home - The Live Networker (http://TheLiveNetworker.com), I talk about a man that changed my life.
His name is Ray Higdon. He believed in me when nobody else did and I wanted to share some value that he provides to you. I spent countless years buying his courses and 2 years coaching personally with Ray Higdon.

If you don’t know his foreclosure story, he was in foreclosure in 8 properties and he went through **20 no’s a day to create 40k a month in 7 months.** Crazy!
Some of you are completely SCARED to tell someone NO. Your scared you might hurt their feelings.

Seriously, you’re thinking… TERRY, this is nuts! Yet, most people do this in their business daily. They allow prospects feelings to dictate what they do and how they do it.
When you’re on the phone with someone unqualified…
Simply tell them “You don’t qualify to work with us” and get off the phone quickly if I don’t want to work with that person. It’s easy – I promise!
