Apparently if you challenge him to see who will last longest on the treadmill, he will win, or he will die. He will keep going until you give up, or he falls down dead. It's that simple.
Now I don't believe that for a minute. It sounds like stubborn stupidity to me, or maybe he is just being metaphorical.
However he did say one useful thing in a video recently posted on WF (from You Tube). He talked about a wall he built for his dad that took 1 year to build, but he never thought about the entire wall, just about laying a single brick perfectly.
So in internet marketing I am not going to think about reaching $xxxx a month anymore, but just building that next webpage, writing that new article, planning that new site ... the bricks that will eventually make the entire wall.
