Diving into the technical part of building a business will severely limit your ability to be successful. Before you dive into the pool, you have to stop, take a breath and finish the most important part of building any business. It won't take long and could revolutionize your business.
Get a blank sheet of paper. Write one sentence at the top. Just one.
My perfect day is best described by this.
Now write until you can answer that. What do you want your life to look like in five year? Do you want to be surfing and working only a few hours each week? Do you want to live in another country? Spend time with family? Exercise?
Writing down what you want your life to look like helps us to crystallize what we need to do. Once you have your vision of your life, it becomes much easier to make business decisions.
Every decision should be made answering one simple question. Does this decision help me move toward my vision? If it does, execute it, optimize it, and possibly outsource it.
If it doesn't, eliminate it. Find something that does.
