I have a wide range of tips to share with fellow Warriors - from teaching you how to write better (or smarter) to helping you learn how to wield the power of web 2.0 sites like Squidoo, Hub Pages, and Google Knol.
I have made tens of thousands of dollars on the Warrior Forum alone and I'm always willing to help others learn the ropes if they just ask. I wanted to create my Warrior Forum blog to build an in-house area for questions and answers among marketers, so sound off in my comments area and I'll help you as best as I can and if I can't, I'll find someone who will.

Warriors Help End Hunger This Holiday!

Hi Warriors!
I've been trying to teach my son about giving BACK rather than focusing on what he's getting this Christmas. So I had him decide on a "cause" and what's he's decided is to try to donate 2,000 cans of food items to the Tarrant Area Food Bank.
Here in North Texas, we have lots of homeless - many of them kids - and now we have leftover refugees from as far back as Hurricane Katrina who are still here.
Aside from that, let's face it - this year there's gonna be a lot of people hurting to create family dinners while trying to buy presents, etc. Sometimes people have to choose food over gifts, so their kids wake up with absolutely nothing.
My son Shawn, age 9, is trying to gather 2,000 cans to donate and I'd love it if you could even send ONE 50 cent can - I'm serious, even 1 can donated by so many people would help him reach his goal!
I've put a note up on my Christmas blog, so check it out here:
PlanYourChristmas.com Help Stop Hunger for the Holidays!
Please see what you can do - even if its no more than bookmarking, Tweeting, and blogging about the food drive - I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!
Tiff

Tiff,
What a powerful idea to include your young son in giving to others in need. I think the world would be incredibly different if all parents actively taught giving to their kids. This Xmas I bought two food coupons to feed the hungry while I bought a very controlled amount for myself. Times are indeed tough yet the warm fuzzy feeling you get when you give freely is like wearing a goose padded jacket makes light of tough times. Another day leaving Safeway, a saw a kid selling chocolate for his baseball team. Sadly I had only two dollars left and the chocolate was $5. I did not want the candy as much as I really wanted to help that kid reach his goals. I went to my car and rumaged the glove box and ashtray to come up with $3 change. The look on his face was precious.
The small gifts I gave this year were big in my heart.
Good luck to Shawn and his goals!
