Well I don't have a qualified answer to this question because I have not started seeing results as of yet. However; let me qualify this statement; I have not noticed results as of yet because It has been less than a week.

I did want to comment on how great it is to follow instructions delivered via videos from someone who is actually following the same process. This helps a lot.

I've not had a chance to post until now, as I made a conscious decision to first study the expert Warriors, then come back, and share what I've tested.
