Sydney Business Associations,
Is a Directory Listing website for Business Associations in Sydney.
The reason I made this website was because we need more directories to find businesses that we need assistances from faster.

From the url above you can see the website. I have spent 10minutes designing and working on the theme, No seo has been done yet, Will add some backlinks later but let's see how this turns out and works out for me.
As I'll use this blog to update all my statuses and modifications of the website to ensure users can read and follow on how I teach them via this blog on how to flip a domain.
What I've done is I have searched on a website to see what type of businesses are in Sydney and how many of them and so far there are over 300 business associations and by using the term in my domain and the location in my domain I am targetting them all which I can list them on there and with a banner ad which can be rented out to 1 specific buyer who wants that top place for better revenue.
Now all is required is backlinks and seo.
