Where I've been and where I'm going in IM marketing

So after nearly two years of trying to succeed IM marketing, I have made some progress ---- such as choosing about 3 niches, creating domain names for them, getting hosted and more important, creating an ebook.
So far, I'm pleased with the ebook and feel that I would probably consider buying it. That ebook took about a week to write. Most of that week was devoted to editing it.
I;ve found that after creating something, I'm reluctant to release it. Somehow, It didn;t seem exactly the way I wanted it. But it's done, finally.
My latest hurdle is completing a landing page.
