a glitch to fix

Bluehost.com, the webhost I signed up with not that long ago, recently instituted a mandate stating that all users had to change their passwords to avoid security issues.
And I complied. The new password worked fine on the day that I got it, but not on the second day. I know that I typed the word accurately and that my computer's connection to the Internet was working.
I called Bluehost three times yesterday. The last customer rep stated that he would send a temporary password via email. So today, I'm going to try it out and see how everything goes.
I'm frustrated, but even this small glitch is not going to stop me and do not intend to make a big deal out of it.
