How to Get Dofollow Backlinks from Blog and directory sites , PR 2, PR3,PR4,PR5,PR6,PR7

I have just started a new site and finding links from blog sites with dofollow takes so much time. Its nuts the amount of time I have wasted signing up to sites and then the blog don't accept your listing, Its crazy .
If any of you people are experiencing the same thing, Do what I do ; Sign up to social bookmarking sites such as DIGG and Folkd.com this would be my first step. When you have done this then look at your competitors back links on the yahoo search ; type link:yourcompetitorswebsite.com and look to see where your competitors advertise there site. also check the PR of the place they are advertising on.
Say for example your competitor is advertising on a site which is a PR2 and they have around 1000 listings on sites which are a PR2. if you can find at lease dofollow 250 directory or blog sites with a PR4 which is related to your niche then you will be higher then them in google.com search.
Also , One thing to note is that your domain name needs to have age behind it, Google.com don't like web sites shooting up to the top , You need to build trust .
To build trust with google.com you should ; build quality links from dofollow BLOG and directory sites which PR At lease , PR2 , PR3 , PR4 , PR5, PR6 , PR7 , By building links from high Pr sites its telling google.com that you can be trusted.
Also build links with , Twitter , Youtube, Facebook , Keep building links with networking sites and BLOGS and directory sites and your web site will carry a number one spot on google.com just like my company
