PLR - Private Label Rights ... usually referring to infoproducts such as ebooks, reports, scripts and software which one can purchase and claim full ownership of them.
With PLR, you can do whatever you want with it. Edit it, use portion of it, sell them altogether, call yourself the author creator, bundle them, use them yourself and most importantly, you can sell at the price you want and reap 100% of the profits.
