One of the main problem most newbie internet marketers or even some advance marketers have is the getting targeted traffic to their websites. As well all know, traffic is the livelihood of any online business and without traffic we basically will make no money. However, it doesn't have to be that way and in this article I am going to give you some free tips to help you get tons of targeted traffic to your website for free!
Tips #1 - The first thing you need to do is to make sure that your website is targeting a specific niche. That means you first need to do proper market research so that you can find the right keywords to target.
Tip #2 - Write quality articles on long tailed keywords and post them to your website. This is one way to get traffic for the long term. The more articles you have, the more people will find your website for various keywords. While one article wont bring in a ton of traffic, when you add them up you'll be flooding your website with targeted visitors. Just imagine having 100 articles on your site that each gets 5 visitors per day!
Tip #3 - Submit your website to the top social bookmarking websites. Now only will you get visitors but this will also boost your website in the search engines.
Tips #4 - Write articles and submit to article directories with a link back to your website. The idea is to write quality articles so that you can engage your readers so that they will want to get more information from you. Thus they will click through your resource box to get to your website.
