I haven't done a lot with the offline market, though I do sell my stress reduction booklet in quantity sales to schools, mental health agencies and other settings.
I am very impressed with Dr. Dan's Offline Rockstar WSO which you can read more about right HERE .
I actually applied a few of the methods he discussed for a physical product I sell and got some on page 1 in a week. He is VERY down to earth and we've e-mailed a bunch of times. It turns out we know some of the same people in relation to yoga too which is neat.
There are a lot of success stories of warriors who implemented his techniques and were able to rent out the sites within 30 days. He shows you how to set up a quick wordpress site to rent out to a local business, but you can also tweak it differently. For instance, for my own business, I found some classified ad sites that are working well for page 1 so that itself can be a service to offer offline businesses. Dan also makes the keyword research more simplified than others, yet effective.
The pdf is 94 pages and there's also videos and Dan has already sent two additional clarificatory videos from some faqs he's gotten.
He shows actual sites he creates and the web 2.0 as well as videos as well that all get ranked high in google and stay there. I like that he isn't hiding the sites but is happy to show them. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to work with offline clients, or just to get traffic to their own business or website.
