More Hit and Run Spam Products

I was just reading a thread by someone who came into the forum claiming to make $100k a year.
Of course, everyone asked how.
Of course, he have some general info - but it was also due to stuff you can buy from him that he was about to launch.
Big surprise.
Basically, its just one big spam enterprise. Create 10+ websites per day, autocreate thousands of blog posts with rss based affiliate links, and hope and pray out of the huge morass something gets ranked and clicked on.
Seriously, haven't we all seen this before in various forms?
Naturally, the reason you have to keep buying domains and pumping out the pages is because they're crap and the search engines keep nuking them.
It's a treadmill.
Don't buy a fool and buy stuff like that.
You're just wasting your time and money.
