Some of the domains are hosted with Namecheap and some with GoDaddy, if you have an account with either you can have a free domain push if not its free so set up an account, otherwise if there is a different host you wish to use they buyer will have to meet the costs. If there is a site in particular you are interested in I can tell you which registrar the domain is on.

You will need hosting for the sites and if you do not have that yet I will supply 2 months free.

Apart from the above mentioned there are no other costs or hidden charges.
