PR3 $18 CPA Affiliate site -- first page in Google

I was playing around with CPA offers a few months ago, and built this site. It's started to do incredibly well, but it's not in my main area of focus right now, so I'd like to sell it off to raise money for another venture, and hopefully give it to someone who can make better use of it.

etc. I imagine you'll check them out yourselves.

Everything. The site, the url, and all the pages. I'll zip them all up for you, and show you what to change in order to make it work for you. The site is hosted with godaddy, so if you have a godaddy account, I can push it over to you. If not, it's still not that much of a problem.

Asking: $320

I understand sites are generally sold for 10x monthly earnings, but I'm fairly comfortable that pricing it at 6x will give me a fair price, and allow you room to make an exceptional profit from it. A lot of the hard work is done, it's a PR3 (which is worth something alone) and on the first page for many really obvious key words.

How old is this site? What forms of advertising have you done?

Hi,

I put the page up on April 1, 2009, so it's 3.5 months old. I was honestly using the site to learn how CPA worked, and to try my hand at some SEO. It wasn't until about 30-45 days ago that it reached the top of the SERPs.

I don't advertise it at all. Over the past month 93% of traffic is from search engines. I have done a bit of work making backlinks, but those will stick around for the new owner.
The 7% that aren't from Google/Bing/Yahoo are from people clicking those backlinks.

FRS is the brand name of the product. I believe it stands for "Free Radical Scubber" or something like that.
