I have to say the last comment had a point. On second thoughts, my bid is invalid and retracted if your Adsense doesn't live up to its claims. I don't mind paying good money for a site that does earn money already and if it is as you claim it to be, then I'm still bidding, otherwise, count me out.

How about the entire months revenue from that site with the domain in the screenshot? Also an answer to the question of whether it is US or AU dollars.

It is to your advantage to provide proof of these earnings. If the site is producing that kind of income it is worth much more than the current high bid.

If that's the case then please explain to me how to do that and I will be happy to do so.

In the screenshot I posted before it shows the channel "student loans" which is obviously for this site but in google it doesn't actually show the url?

I've been trying for the last hour going through all of Adsense's settings and I can't find an area where they show the url. I think the problem is that I created a custom channel ie. "student loans" instead of creating a url channel.

But like I said if anyone knows how to do it so it shows the earnings and the url let me know and I'll post a screenshot.

But seriously guys why all the scepticism????

You can check out googles adwords tool to find the price for the term "student loan consolidation rates" and see for yourself how much it's paying.

The whole point is for you to drive traffic and make much more than $30 a day. If all you plan on doing is buying this site and letting it sit there then don't buy it. I can tell you now the traffic will go down and so will the earnings.

The reason why this site is so valuable is because it has high paying keywords. The more traffic you send to it the more money it will make you. I just got some articles done so it would start to get a little traffic and make some cash but if your serious you would want to promote this heavily. Put some ads up, make some videos and stick them on youtube, promote in places like myspace and facebook where students hang out. The "proof" is in how much the ads are paying and you can verify that yourself by going to google. Then it's just about you driving traffic.

Also if you don't know who I am I reccomend you look up my previous WSO's and you will discover that I have a flawless reputation because I'm legit and only deal with the highest quality. Nothing "fishy" at all

Tristan, I am not able to verify the claims you have made for these terms.
Please post proof by simply taking screen shots of the Avg. CPC that you claim to be $21 - $31 using Google Traffic Estimator.

I would also advise you to show screenshot details & a statement of what specific items you selected in regards to the term "student loan consolidation rates"

As of right now, I have tried this numerous ways & the numbers are coming up $0.00 for CPC.

I just done it then and posted the screenshot below, seems google have actually INCREASED the click price. Remember Google pays out approx. 10% of what the CPC is.

Alright guys whatever I'm not going to keep coming back here and fighting off these negative claims.

Apparently a measly $30 a day seems to be so hard for some people to believe.

I'm selling a site not a "$30 a day method". The whole point is that the site has high paying ads. So all you need to do is generate traffic to it and it will make you money. I can't guarantee that you will actually work on it and drive traffic. I get the impression a lot of people are expecting to just buy the site and for it to make $30 a day forever. THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

Go to google and see how much the ads are paying. That's the proof right there. All YOU need to do is generate traffic.

Look buy the site don't buy the site I really don't care, it's not going to effect me either way. This would be a good site for someone who actually understands marketing and knows how to generate traffic to a site but I have bigger and better things to do then waste my time going back and forth with people who are too closed minded and clearly haven't had any success in the online marketing game and think everything is a scam and fake and fishy...

I've got to say I'm perplexed by the way you are reacting to those VERY valid questions. Since I was a serious bidder I am entitled to comment here. I'm also not sure to whom you are directing these comments you made but I sure hope it isn't me.

The way I see it - and I have a feeling others do too is that if you are claiming to sell a site that makes $30/day you HAVE to back it up with proof. A screenshot with a student loan channel is NOT enough because under this channel could be several sites as far as we know.

Bidders need proof of these things, there is nothing wrong with it, and if you can't fathom this then perhaps you shouldn't sell sites at all.

If as you state this site does indeed make $30 a day all by itself then heck, the current high bid is still cheap. But you've got to understand that solid proof is needed here.

Also, if the sites does make that much money already with little promotion why don't you keep it. Surely if you are stuck for time $30 extra isn't a mean feat, even without much promotion as it stands.

All I'm saying here is that you've got to deal with these questions if you are coming here to sell a site. By reacting like you do it certainly does start to look fishy, even if it isn't.

I have provided all the proof I can and all the screenshots. I also explained that I don't know how to find the area in google adsense that shows the actual URL.

I usually don't take comments on here personally but as I said I have a very good reputation here and I found it a tad offensive that people would actually think I would go to all the trouble to fake this whole auction or make it fishy or whatever.

In regards to finding the URL in your Adsense account, I am not sure. I believe you would have had to use it as a channel to be able to filter out the content for that particular site but I could be wrong here.

If you click on the 'top channels' link you will see all the active URL channels there. You might be able to filter out the one channel and show this by clicking on your channel name and then taking a screenshot for that channel.

Other sellers also give buyers access to their analytics account with a separate login to see traffic and now you can even link the two together too.

Anyway, I don't think you ARE fake but was a little miffed about your reaction. No hard feelings from me. Us Aussies need to stick together right?

Yeah but the problem is that when I click on top channels it just shows the Student Loans Channel. In the adsense account you can create a custom channel and an URL channel. I just happened to create a custom channel and it doesnt show a the url.

Anyway I have included ANOTHER screenshot to show what I see in my account.

Apparently a measly $30 a day seems to be so hard for some people to believe. I'm selling a site not a "$30 a day method". The whole point is that the site has high paying ads.
