Get ready to start selling a one-off, unique product - TODAY! I have a one-off, unique website for sale. I would like a quick and easy sale please, to a Warrior who can make the website fly. For sale is a site which sells a "top list" script (I'm 100% sure that most of the Warriors here have seen their own blogs/sites as part of one or other of the "make money online" top blogs lists). Well, some time ago I was challenged to come up with such a script - hence: Top 100 List Script - 5starred.com Have a read of the site, and you'll get a feel for what it's all about. In a nutshell, people can vote on their favourite sites by means of a star rating system. I also have the ability to show Google PR, Alexa and Technorati Rankings, and have an algorithm to rank sites appropriately. It's a nice twist to the usual "Top 100" type scripts. This script is made out of some custom code and some GPL code. As part of the sale, you will have; - the script to sell (I sell this thru digitalproductdelivery.com) - professionally designed website - professionally designed ecover box - domain name (pushed to your account, at your cost) - I would prefer that the buyer sorts out new website hosting, but I'm happy to continue to host this for a month or so Have a look at the site and see if it's something that you, as a Warrior, can take on and make into a great success. I simply have not had the time to be able to do anything with this site. The script itself Is coded in PHP. It has an admin area where the list owner can authorise, deauthorise, add, remove sites. Pretty basic but does the job! It has a good looking front end where sites can show thumbnails, google PR, technorati, alexa and User Voting. Sites are then ranked appropriately. Sales I have just checked my stats and see that I have made around 40 sales of this script over the past year. That's with ZERO work at all. At $20 a time, that's $800 - no great shakes but not so bad for zero effort. I have ideas for a new buyer to monetise this further. Price I am looking for $575 for this site and I accept Paypal as that is easiest for me and probably for the buyer too - who doesn't have Paypal these days? Sadly, the developer of the script passed away suddenly last month, hence the buyer would need to know a little PHP (or have access to their own PHP developer) should the buyer wish to amend the scripts etc. I can provide a list of decent PHP developers should the buyer need that. Always happy to answer any questions. Gary |

Hi. No I don't, well, I could go to Paypal and try to draw out the paypal payments received for this product, but as I sell around 150 different products (both inside and outside the "internet marketing" world) that'll be time consuming.
I'd be quite happy to do some sort of guarantee for the buyer, to say that if they don't make their money back inside a year I'll underwrite the loss, will talk about that with the buyer as we'd both need certain guarantees. |
