What are the sources of traffic? Articles? PPC? Natural, Organice Traffic?

If you are getting natural traffic, what current keywords are you ranking for or currently targeting?

Seems like a good site and a great deal (when compared to the income earned)

hey guy's sorry for the late reply ,

had to pick our lass up from work and ended up going out for a meal

right, HOW MUCH PROMOTION? well i would'nt say i hammered it if you get the drift as i have other sites and another as you see in cj that has earned a little less, i spend around 1-3 hours a day but thats just me, it seems to be getting 100 visitors a day nearly now on it's own havent really promoted it the last week due to illness, i got the swine flu!!! but alot better know!!

Hey pal,

Right sources of traffic are coming through direct links , i use a sort high pr blog commenting but with a slight twist of my own! no blackhat things, but something i found out that works!
i havent really targerted keywords as i think the hosting niche to hard to grasp, so i found another way how to target QAULITY TRAFFIC!

PPC i thought was too exspensive , as your not alwasy gaurenteed to earn specailly with hosting niche (i found out the hard way) but we all learn!
yes i know it's a good deal but the reason why i did'nt put a higher price on,
because it's not a unique theme, so i don't really think i can call it unique if you get my drift, and i don't want to put too much of a price so the new owner would'nt really take long to get there money back so it works both ways,

i know it's earned quite well which i'm pleased,because as you all know hosting niche is very tough!, but i found a way how to beat that through blog commenting (by the way it's no spam)

see you can ever outsource the jobs to some cheap labour as we all digital point have some

Why you're selling the site for very low price if the site is making about $1600 a month. I guess template doesn't effect the price because earnings is the biggest factor in selling website. Many flipper sell their site X 10 of the monthly earnings but you sell it lower.

Does this mean that if I buy your site, there is no assurance that I can make also the same income as you made for the past two months. If there is a guarantee meaning in just 1 1/2 months I can get back my money. And that's a good investment in my side.

But little bit scared because you sell it very low with out pointing a good reason... except that not unique template. You can pay $40 for a unique wordpress template if that is your reason.

Just asking the question because I am interested with the site earnings.

, i tried selling the site for a higher price which i did'nt get!
so i lowered the price, not only to get funds to progress with the cpa network project, but also to remove from my hosting account,

firstly, i have sold over 10 sites always being lower then 10 months income! i havent seen anyone sell a site for 10 months income unless it's been earning for at least 6 months, even on flippa i havent seen anyone yet, see i priced as how much i need for my project, yes i could have sold it more, but i have many other sites more profitable then this

i have a free movie site - with cpa offers promoted

also anyone that gaurentees that you make the same as the current owner is wrong! you cannot predict how much any site can make! if we could i'd be a billionaire now!

i assure you i'll be on hand 12 hours a day to help you with keep you doing the same as i was , see the way i put it hosting niche is tough work has to be done (which i'll be gladly happy to help out until you make your money back and a profit from the site) see you can get your investment back in less then a month if you really worked at it! $2,200 is only 22 sign ups!

Hey there, yes of course i would! that would'nt be fair to disclose that to the winner as it's the main marketing method i use to earn this much!
