They are wordpress sites.

There are no other costs.

We can choose the niche if you prefer. In fact its advisable that we do.

I didn't provide numbers for the SEO as we will do only whats needed to get visitors and sales, as we dont want to over do it and each site will react differently to the search engines.

I am the client with the 20,000 exact searches keyword. I must say, I am very happy with what he has provided. My site is now indexed by Google (4 days after the site was completed). SEO has just started and I should be seeing my site rank within the week at worse next week. I am not doing any SEO of my own (although I know how to), as I want to see what Dave can do. Who knows, he may be better at SEO that I am. He sure has proven to be better at keyword research than I am. I wouldn't have found this sweet keyword using my research.

I will update you all on how the site is doing (good or bad) in a 2 to 3 weeks time. Even at this stage, I would dare say, this is one of the best deal on warrior. If you are thinking about buying this WSO, do it. The keyword research alone is worth more than what he is asking for.

This is the update I promised.

My site is now number 8 on google for the keyword. On the first day it reached number 8, I generated 1 sale.

Do keep in mind that this is a strategy based on SEO. SEO is a slow process (despite what some may tell you). Do expect the google dance or even getting sandboxed for a while.

Every strategy has it's pros and cons, this is a good offer and I recommend it.

A few questions if ok:

Do you buy the domain in your name and then transfer?

Are the amazon links set up with my code from the off?

Is the store self updating with regards to products?

Will you load onto my host and fully test to see if it works ok?

And sorry lastly if they are such a money making cash cow, why don't you just keep them?
