You should buy a brand new website (Prepackaged website) to save your time as you don't have to :

1. Do the niche research
2. Find the great domain
3. Setup the DNS & add on domain
4. Install the wordpress code
5. Upload & activate the template
6. Customize the wordpress theme
7. Choose the appropriate color to make a great color combination
8. Design the layout
9. Design the header
10. think about the Monetization
11. Writing the articles (content)

There are 11 points that you don't need to do if you buy a brand new website.
Imagine the time value if you do those 11 points by yourself.
The only thing you need to do is promoting the site.

Why buy a site that's brand new, without revenue or traffic????

A site of this quality - unique content and customized theme... Sheesh!

To do everything it takes to PROPERLY research, plan, write unique or FIND good content, register (buy) and point domain name, install database, install Wordpress, install theme, install plugins, set in the monetization, and CUSTOMIZE everything...

It would take an experienced WHIZ definitely more than a day. Probably 2-3 days. There's always the option of buying a server-side script for several $100s that would automate the Wordpress and Theme uploading. But that would not eliminate the huge amount of research, setup, and customization work involved.

So, to be totally frank - this site is WORTH MORE than what PixelCrafter is asking, EVEN WITHOUT ANY REVENUE OR TRAFFIC.

You know BEST what your time is worth to you and how MUCH of your time it takes to put together a site like this and get it up and running on the web.

But from my OWN experience, here's some thoughts.

Keyword RICH top-level domain name
PLUS complete installation to server of Wordpress, theme, and plugin files..

Thats worth at least $50. I've seen icky domain names alone sell for $50.

10 unique articles written JUST for this site?
$60 - Try to hire that done for $60 - good luck.

Already we're up to $110. And we haven't even gotten into the theme customization, setting up the articles for posting, niche and keyword research, Clickbank product research, Amazon carousel ad creation for monetization, SEOing the site/theme, yada yada yada...

Also this is a one-of-a-kind site - a one-only offer. You're not someone selling a Wordpress blog with theme loaded up with 25 plr articles for posts, compressed into a zip file for 25- 50 buyers to upload to their own domain.

Plus, even MORE shockingly valuable is your LIFETIME support after the sale. That's gotta be worth a million bucks right there.

The bargain hunters will likely hate me for this...

But if it were me, the price would have been double, or around $197.

Perhaps I would have gone ahead and submitted RSS feeds, and done an initial round of social bookmarking to get the Alexa down to at least 5million or less, maybe put a page up on Hubpages or the like, or not. Doing those things could very well be enough to generate a sale and kickstart Adsense income. Then I'd offer the site for no less than $350.

Never be afraid to charge what your time, skills, and expertise are worth. Your time is of UTMOST value to you living YOUR best life. And you had to work long and hard to develop the skills and know-how required to create sites like this from scratch, right?

If you're worried your price could be out of line, then go check out the marketplace. Go look at what sites with similar quality and components are selling for on Flippa, etc. Facts don't lie.
