I wish I was here to write a rave review about how wonderful the site is. I actually wish I had 5 more sites ordered. But sadly neither wishes have come true.

The original post claimed the site would be delivered in 7 days. On the seventh day, having not heard anything from thatsfine after sending him my product affiliate info, he/she replies saying the site would be done within 2-3 days.

Three days later, still no further contact and no site.

I had high hopes here, but buyer beware. The time period offered is not adhered to. I cannot attest to anything regarding quality because I have not been given anything yet.

To compound the issue, I even did the wp install for him/her saving that step.

You claimed "I still wrote reviews for you and reviews take more time than writing articles." But the reality is, you did not. You wrote five barely passable articles and then try to claim you wrote reviews and then you tried to claim that his was the reason for the delay.

I asked an impartial eye to give me their opinion of the articles, here was his reply- "the articles are a little strange because they segue from talking about online shopping to how you can buy a coffee grinder. That, and there is so much fluff in each piece. Half of the verbiage is throwaway language. The first paragraph:
“Most often, we look for things that have always been prized possessions to us as humans.” Duh…
“…things of that sort.”
“in the world that we live in today”
“new pinnacles that we even could not fathom at a point of time.”


I did not expect high quality articles, but I expected you to deliver what you promised.


Here are some tips if you want to have a successful business:


1. deliver what you promised when you promised.
2. if you are going to be late, contact the customer, do not make them contact you once it is already late.
3. If you tell someone something is free on a public forum, do not try to then tell someone else that they need to pay for it and then deny saying it was free. There is too much proof going against you.
4. if you screw up, fix it and apologize. Do not get offended by people relating their experience with you. If you want them to relate something else, deliver something else, it is that simple.
5. every customer is a potential future customer, deliver what your promise so they use you again.


To all prospective buyers-


My honest take is do not expect much. The theme looks good, but what was promised was not even close to delivered. If what was promised had been delivered in the time promised, or even close, I would have happily used him again. Even with poor quality articles, it can be used to put up at some domains quickly and allow google to start indexing before you turn them into something good.


I had 5 more sites to order, now I must look elsewhere. pity.

It is indeed sad to see the disagreements and insults thrown between two Warrior Forum members in ’public’.
I have studied the interchange of messages and while I do not want to get involved in this scenario, I would like to make some comments that hopefully will be of help to not only the two parties but also to other members of the Forum who are unfortunate enough to read through these interchanges which in my opinion could have been avoided/prevented by following proper contractual procedures, especially at the time of placement of order.
I have run a number of IT Companies in the UK dealing with anything up to hundreds of thousand dollar contracts with International suppliers.
The first thing that should strike anybody is that Thats Fine operates on very low overheads and offers packages ,which, in my opinion, never seen in the market.
I have used subcontractors to design websites ranging in price from $800 to $3000 but never (I repeat never) $50 until I came across Thats Fine.
Knowing the attractive pricing, the last thing one should do is to make him increase his administration costs which will obviously result in price increases.
I have used Thats Fine for a number of months and have NEVER placed an order without stipulating very clearly what the order comprises of—often twenty points or so. It is then left to for Thats Fine to go through and tell me whether he accepts the offer and form a binding contract. This way I am doing the administration work and misunderstandings /arguments arising from ‘interpretations’ of what is nothing more than a general offer is MINIMISED.
WE all know an article costs $6 and so 5 articles should cost $30 and I know that Thats Fine offers the 5 articles so that he can finish a design of the 5 page Website without having to wait for them to arrive. But this leaves $20 for a 5 page Website or $4 a web page. Anyone in the Website business knows that the average price for a 5 page webite is $750 to $1000.
It is sad to see that arguments are going on about $5.
Personally, I have used Thats Fine on a number of occasions and I have found him to be a reliable ,honest and high integrity person. Of course misunderstandings do occur but whenever it had arisen I was able to resend the detailed original order and he has always been honourable to accept. In other instances we have accepted that something was vague and paid for the extra work. Let us be clear—we are NOT talking of $200-$300 variations as major web design companies would charge but often $10- $20.
What I am really delighted about is the creative part of his contributions and his flexibility to carry out changes even many days after completion. Like all good “ Tech guys” he is very proud of his professional status and it would be counter productive to go on unnecessary attack as a form of defence.
My academy will probably be placing in excess of 100-200 web design orders in the next financial year as part of the package on offer for our students .You could take this as my recommendation of Thats Fine.
I trust the two parties will talk privately and resolve their differences.

Wow, you never posted on here before, and your one and only post is to say how great thatsfine is. That is not suspicious at all. Seems totally on the up and up.

I agree, the pricing is great, and I also agree no one should try to increase his costs. However, asking him to deliver what he promised when he promised is just good business.

You seem to insinuate that the onus is on my the buyer. You are incorrect, the onus is on thatsfine. He made an offer, I accepted, he did not fulfill.

I also agree that it is a shame to need to discuss this in public. I attempted through email to resolve this to no avail. As you can see through reading this whole thread, thatsfine seems to think that it is ok to bait and switch, and gets defensive when he is called out on it. He also only offered to finish the '10-15%' as he put it, of my site once I called him out. If you read the post previous to that, he claimed my site was finished.

You Selva/Thatsfine, whoever you are, have yet to answer the posts above regarding the 2 times you stated the traffic would be free, and then tried to charge me for it.

Maybe you should do that instead of getting other people to post their one and only post in your defense.

I am his regular client and am very satisfied by his services. I get work done ranging from $500-$1000 and this is such a small amount on which you are arguing.

Everyone knows, That’s fine provides good services. The feedbacks from his different clients express the quality of his services. I am sure the site he made for you must be good.

If you don’t let him access your admin panel how will he complete your site. I have read the full thread, you are just arguing for something which is not mentioned in his thread. No where has he said to provide free traffic. Why don’t you pay $5 for the traffic and end the argument or purchase traffic from else where. I checked out your site and it is really good and worth double the price. It seems that you can never be satisfied by what best people give you.
