It is evident that you haven't read the details of the sales offer, but, let me break it down for you.

I would direct you to read & understand the offer being given.
Then ask yourself if you are able to easily find, or purchase any domain or site that can give you a verifiable, & documented CPC of $2 - $3 per click. 1.) This is an absolute steal as an qualified investor if you know how to market your site, 2.) As stated, if it does not sell in the current time frame, I will market it myself, boost the value, & auction or sell it off for 3 times what I am offering now, in 1 or 2 months from now.
Overpriced? Not even close. Especially when I already have buyers showing very strong interest. It would have been easier if I auctioned, it probably would go even higher.

Why are all the ad's non relevant ?

I know that the targeted keyword is worth money, but what does a spoof on a rap song have to do with the site (the videos) ?

Mesothelioma is a form of cancer , and I do not see any ad's relating to that on the site anywhere.

If I am going to spend that amount on a site, shouldn't it serve the $3 per click ad's ?

Even in your screenshot it shows the completely off ad's.

I agree very nice looking site, and probally profitable, but you cant ask $750 for a site that has 0 revenue, and has no pr0 it has nothing more than a nice design, with potential, sorry, but those are the facts, i would be stunned if you got over $150 for it, but good luck to you.

Great point. However, based on your statement, your equating value based on my statement which is a verifiable fact. Value should be placed on every aspect of the site created.

However, one problem with 95% of people just look at value as what the total amount of money is made, vs. what strategy they could take an existing, verifiable product, put a strategy to it & even double & triple.
I would rather sell this to a proactive person, vs. a lazy person - whereas, proactive real entrepreneurs understand the real value in "potential".
If there was no "potential", there would be no site.
And right now, the site is making money & I stand 100% behind what I say.

8 days & I'll be keeping it myself. I'm not worried.
