OK, I like the site, but:
1. It's too new, no "track record" really. With the 30-day money back guarantee, some or all of those subscribers could ask for refunds, or simply cancel after they have the info you provide....
and this leads to my 2nd question, how is the membership set up? How/when is the information delivered to the subscribers? Is it drip fed month-by-month? Chapter by chapter or book by book?

I really do like the site, (wanted to subscribe myself!) but I can't think of springing $350 for it without knowing the answers to these kind of questions about it.

Hi,

Another tip for all warriors. The 'Broad' count on Adwords can be very misleading, as that number will include all sorts of related and not related terms. If you use the 'Exact' option, you will get a far more accurate picture of the potential in this niche. In this case, 1,000 searchers v 4,400.

Sorry Mogly, not trying to dampen this sale, just trying to help. BTW, my rule of thumb valuation for web-sites is somewhere between 3 and 6 times monthly earnings. For a newer site I would tend towards the lower end of that range. Might be worth dropping the price a little and see if you get any takers...

Sorry everyone for not clarifying the actual membership part of the Website.

The members are redirected to a subdomain of the main website where WordPress is installed. When, they buy a subscription on the main website, they are sent a unique email and password, all automatically.

They then go to the subdomain, and login to the membership area. I use a Membership plugin that drip feeds content every 4, 5, or 6 days. But, you can change that.

Each post is protected untill they have been members long enough to see them.

At each post is a download link to an eBook.

Craigslist. But it is on the second page of Google for a good keyword, so a little more work, and it will receive good organic traffic.

Actually the only thing that is the same is the design. Thats it. The whole membership setup is different. The content is different. Almost everything is. Her website is not a membership site. Mine is.

All that is the same is the site DESIGN. Not the membership (Plugins too) area, SEO promotion, domain, all the ebooks etc.. not to mention the pre-existing members.

I honestly did not think about this. So, you have a few options, as I can not sell this account.

No, you can still use it as is, you just can not edit it.

All the eBooks are PLR, but they have all been edited by me, so they have some unique content in them.
