Can you tell us from you got the developer license?

Read the FAQ of Elegant themes. They have clearly mentioned that you have to purchase a license for each client.

I am using this template on one website and when I purchased it....its for only one website which is this website I am selling alone. Literally I am transferring the license from my self to the person who will buy this website.

P.S....I am not using the same theme on several different sites. if you take note from that FAQ, I am still a member. In the license that comes with this website its well stated that they don't have exclusive rights to the design. The FAQ also states if you are selling to several different clients and I am just selling my OWN website I designed with a templates I got through the membership and I am gettin rid fo the website to a new customer. SIMPLE!

the owner doesn't sell developer licenses for these themes but I am transfering my license and the whole website to the person who is buying this website. Mind you I am selling the complete website including the domain and not just a theme or website theme.

The user license is non-transferrable.

Thanks for the rude awakening but I would liek to see where it says the license is non-transferable. If so I will give the buyer of this website a exceptional $20 from the total winning bid price for them to go buy membership at elegant theme and have the own license.

I just went through the license again. and consulted with my lawyer.

The license states: Under no circumstance can a user resell or redistribute my themes, modified or unmodified, to another person, nor can a user place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium for distribution.

This clause of the license coupled with this statement below from the FAQ:

Your clients should also be aware that they do not own exclusive rights to the design, which is still copyright protected.

Those two statement from the license and FAQ give leeway for me to sell my website, its contents and the design to anyone who I is interested and THOSE two statement don't make it illegal or a break of the license because it only states the new client has to acquire a license.

So am i mentioned in my last post. I will notify who ever wins this auction to but a membership for only one day and they can cancel just so they can obtain the license.

Besides the membership is just $19! I'm sure I can take a cut on the final winning bid for that license.

Thanks to my attorney saved me a lot of success on Facebook and from you ungratefill warriors who always think everyone is a scammer or is breaking license terms.

The archives for that website are just back dated article that I posted when I created the website. Yes they have brief description just like what the homepage is like. if you click the title of those brief descriptions it will take you to the complete full article. Its just a brief description of the article and that doesn't mean the article is incomplete.

The Amazon aStore is something the winder of the auction has to do in their own Amazon control panel. I didn't want to bother myself creating it because its a waste of time creating an aStore that I am not using. Whoever wins the auction I will tell them how to create the aStore and implement it on the website.
