They are both running on the popular ArticleMS directory software with modified themes to make them unique. Due to the age of the site, it should be able to get new content indexed and ranked fairly quickly unlike new sites.

It was created in August 2008 and has approx 99 unique articles and the same amount of traffic, as again it was never promoted. It hovers around #10 - #30 in Google for the term “vacation tips” so has lots of potential for growth.

The domain is registered in Godaddy, so will be a free push to your own account. It expires 19th July 2010.
