Do you have proof that the pictures are royalty free?

A pointer to the origin of the photos would be acceptable or a screen shot of the site that the photos came from with the copyright info.

Is the wordpress theme copyright free?

Can the "Elegant Themes" link at the bottom be removed?

Will you be removing the superfluous crap in the sidebar, login, register, etc?
