Monetization is currently adsense, but there are spots
on the sites where you can include other ads easily. You
can even use any of the free plugins that allow certain

I "think" the way it works is if the seller creates a buy it now button and you buy through that you are protected by the 45 day refund period. But I know for a fact (a very expensive lession actually) if you just paypal the funds to his email address there is no recourse and no 45 day refund period. However if you use a credit or debit card as a funding source you may be able to do a charge back.

have bought will agree that they feel better and kind of
protected knowing that no other person knows the URLs.

You see, I am ALSO trying to protect myself from unscrupulous
buyers because I know it's possible to get those who will buy
these sites, reap the benefits of the entire promotion for the
45 days (via adsense ads) and still ask for a refund. Even though
if this happens I will lose the 45 days adsense income, I still
get to keep the sites.

But of course, if you demonstrate that I can trust you, as the
2 buyers here - craigj and john_kennedy have demonstrated,
I sure can transfer the domain(s) to you way before the
45 days! So - it's all a matter of TRUST. With these 2 buyers,
I now trust them as there's a relationship between us right now.
We have gone beyond the point of "buying and selling" and can
now trust each other completely.

paypal for this. If you don't believe, why not ask paypal

Strange that you insist on this. In my experience you CAN
get a refund even from "digital products". That's even why
lots of site sellers prefer to use escrow to protect them from

The biggest issue in such kind of transaction, in my opinion, is:
A seller get all the money up front in exchange to a promise to deliver what has been promised in an offer after he got the money not immediately but the remote future.
There is only one thing that can "secure" such kind of transaction - reputation of a seller.
But, if seller, let say it soft, doesn't care about his reputation, then there is no protection to a buyer, period.
Also, if seller is an anonymous, then this security almost has no "value".
And in case of Warrior Forum, the only security left is the reputation of the forum itself.

So, in such kind of transaction it is always bigger risk for buyer then for seller.

it before and will say it again - there's every reason to be
skeptical, especially with lots of frauds online these days,
but the 2 persons who have already bought have
testified to the validity of this offer, so I wonder why
the skepticism persists. You can ask them whether I
delivered on what's promised here or not.

About the issue of "promise to deliver what has been
promised in an offer", what I am offering is NOT really that.
What I am offering is an already completed site with all
the articles on the site, some published, others scheduled
and other articles for promoting the site. The offer to do the
submission for you for the first 10 days is a bonus.

Like I said to you in a PM, if you show that you can be
trusted, I sure can transfer the domain(s) to you before the
45 days. I am also trying to protect myself, hence the
issue of not transferring the domain until after 45 days. It's

Here is my 2 cents. There seems to be a lot of bickering here. If you like what the seller is offering, then by all means go for it, and if you don't or you think this is a fraudulent offering, then pass it up. The back and forth seems a little out of whack, IMHO.

There is an issue with PayPal payment:

PayPal has two programs to help protect you:
- PayPal Buyer Protection (for eligible items purchased on eligible eBay sites)
- PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy (for all other items purchased on or off eBay)

- PayPal Buyer Protection doesn't work here because of these reasons:
1. Buyer here at WF don't comply with requerement: "eligible items purchased on eligible eBay sites".
2. "Ineligible item categories" includes "Licenses and other access to digital content".
3. Requirement "Send the payment to the seller through: The eBay "Pay Now" button or the eBay invoice" has to be in place as well.

- PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy
"The PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy is similar to PayPal Buyer Protection in that it enables buyers to file Disputes for Items Not Received (INR), or for items that are Significantly Not as Described (SNAD).
However, recovery of any amounts is not guaranteed and is limited to the amounts that PayPal can recover from the seller’s Account, even if PayPal makes a final decision in your favor."

Is the auction being conducted by PM now? If I were a remaining bidder I wouldn't be cool with an open ended auction. They have no leverage in that case. Otherwise, I'd think the bidders would determine if their bids are on the table.

There is only one thing that can "secure" such kind of transaction - reputation of a seller. But, if seller, let say it soft, doesn't care about his reputation, then there is no protection to a buyer, period. Also, if seller is an anonymous, then this security almost has no "value". And in case of Warrior Forum, the only security left is the reputation of the forum itself. So, in such kind of transaction it is always bigger risk for buyer then for seller.
