Simple, I have 43 domain names (last count today) and tons of niches, and I need to focus and zoom in on those I really truly care for. I do care about this one, but not as much as others. I need to focus my energies on a few niches and I'm letting too many slip.

My loss is your gain (sheah everyone says that!) But seriously. I spent tons of money getting the book written by professional editors, and having graphics designed by a web design firm and researching the market, there's not much out there.

I've got a ton of other sites to get rid of too, but this the first one on the chopping block.

Sorry, I can't believe the forum didn't email me.

I've never tried selling it. I've done a craigslist email blast with 2 sales, I've had some SEO traffic but very little.

I've had no time for it.

Up for sale is COMPLETE full rights to the ebook, the domain, the copy, the graphics... All unique 100% ownership.

Basicly take over the whole project.

dano at answerswanted dot C0m would be the best bet if this forum's pm system still doesn't email me after modifying the settings.

Ah and to the question.. selling on Clickbank, no It wasn't live on CB for long, so I have no numbers or viability there... I ended up shoving another ebook in as I couldn't figure out how to get Clickbank to support more than one product per account.

Still no idea how to do that.

As for the datedness of the material, craigslist (much to the gripes of many) still works the same and so do 95% of the 100+ classified sites listed here.

Is it viable? There's thousands of searchers for the terms although I must admit i've not had time to test for what they really want to know, what they're willing to pay etc.. but truthfully, i'd be shocked if someone put it at $5 and didn't sell 100 copies awful quick.. so $500 is reasonable I would think.
