As stated in the WSO, domain is not included. I sell as many copies as will sell. These are PLR sites that are high quality and very cheap. They are intended to be a starting point for bloggers and an enterprising blogger will take it and run with it and add their own unique content, promote it, backlink it, etc. A really enterprising blogger will even take the existing articles and spin them or have them rewritten.

The source Photoshop files are included as well as the source ebook file to alter as you wish.

Please read the answer above with the DLGuard screen in it. As for duplicate content, I always recommend spinning or rewriting PLR articles. With very little effort, your articles could be completely unique.

As for plugins, the only commercial plugin that I have a developer's license for is the autoblog plugin. All the other plugins are readily available, free plugins, such as Google Sitemap, all in one SEO, etc. You can add any plugins you want to add.

How you monetize, what ads you run, whether or not you cloak is up to you. For a very cheap price, I am selling a ready-made, beautiful, high quality blog. But you need to do the work to make it a money maker.

You need to post your own content to it, submit articles, get backlinks, etc. There's plenty of advice on the Warrior Forum for all of the topics you might need info on. It comes with an installation guide to tell you how to install. I also do install for a $15 fee if you don't know how to do it. I don't give out advice on SEO. I have provided fresh keywords that have low competition with this blog and how you utilize them will be up to you.

I put in the articles and pics myself. If you use the Autoblogged plugin, it will bring in both posts and pictures, but the content will only be as good as the rss feeds that you use. The articles on this one are PLR ... some are not on some of the others.

Lol ... I took the screenshot right after making the site and I often start with a site that has a similar color and then edit everything from there. I started with my breadmaker theme, which was showing breadmaker adsense .... takes awhile for Google to realize that we're not talking about bread anymore ... hilarious, but maybe Google's on to something. What guy couldn't resist fresh baked bread?

I will redo your header with your url at no charge, but I don't redo the ebooks.

If you want to sell the blog, you can delete the theme and graphics, add your own theme and sell it. The theme and graphics are not resellable. For one, that would be against Woo TOS. For another, my blogs would be all over the Internet in no time at all.

Most of the time those free WP themes are pretty dowdy and the nice ones are very difficult to set nicely. I have many such WP sites and believe me, these professionally customised themes from warriorforum beats all my other sites handsdown. And you know what? Seems Google knows a knockupped free WP theme from a professional theme as my sites bought from here gets trawled within 24 hrs and indexed and getting free traffic.
This is why within less than a week I have bought more than $100 worth of customised themes from here and buying more.

These themes are ready-made eye candy for visitors and I don't have to spend weeks tweaking a professional theme along with the headache of a good looking header. I don't have that kind of time as I have a full time job. I'm into autoblogging and I set and set more sites. No time to fool around with 1 site.
The prices of these themes are very reasonable for the time saved. I consider the price paid as long term investment to be recoup thru Adsense and affiliate sales commission.

Yes, it's still available. I've sold 19 of them. What do you mean by customizable? You can post new posts, edit old posts, make a different header, change the ads ... anything you can do with any blog.

I use Photoshop for the headers, but if you don't have that, you can use Gimp, which is free.

It is suited to newbies and you can buy it without hosting or domains, but you will need to get hosting and domain to install it.

In the get ex back niche, I have a site that refuses to stop climbing back to the front page after dropping off a number of times for clauses like "how to get your ex back", "get your ex back", "get ex back" etc all without quotes, in spite of the fact I had stopped doing SEO for the site a long time back.

Why did I stop SEO? Because my site designing capabilities are pathetic and I was not selling well from even this hot a niche and being on the first page !! I mean, I kind of don't know what to do with it.
