Why would you say it sounds a bit fishy? Personally, I think it's a great deal. Zues66 has over 1,100 posts, has been thanked over 400 times. Maybe some research into the seller would be in order before making a remark like that, IMHO.

Does not sound fishy at all to me. And I took a look at the site, I absolutely love what you have done with the AdSense! I can totally see why you are getting such a great click through rate. I just really wish I had an extra $3,000. Somebody buy this site fast before I try and borrow from my mom!
