Hi All,

I would like to see my website www.dedicatedhostinghub.com , But i am in confusion at what price i can sell it.

Can anyone help me out, because i have good rankings over google.com and google.co.in (to target indian market)

i have made good revenue from affiliate programs.

I have used singlehop, liquidweb and hostingzoom affiliate programs since last year and stopped promoting it due to a company(i am sorry i don't want to talk about them)

They asked to stop affiliate programs to advertise their ads in all pages for a $750/Month.

Since past 2 months i am busy with my new projects and i need money to invest on those.

So its a great domain with good SERP's and domain age.

The maybe a T missing in the "hosting" bit in the link you have provided?

I am interested. It seems you are only averaging $31.51 per month for the last 12 months and not many click throughs. I'm sure there is a number in your head in which you want to sell this site for.

where is the money at here? in the residuals or initial sign ups?

I would make a serious offer if I got more info from you.

Thanks for your interest. The "liquidweb" shows only 12 months transactions.

The residual income means for the same i get residual commission every month as the reffered customer is there with liquidweb.

Total commission is first month sale price + every month 5% of the sale.

so imagine how much i earned from liquidweb.

i don't know how you calculated $30+ every month revenue, when i made $$$ every month.

If you advertise text links or banner ads on the site you can make at least $200 - $500 per month. Because the market have top advertisers. If i don't get the price i will go with advertisements.
