Two Established Dog Breed Membership Sites - Unique Proven Income Concept - Ready for You To Take Over and Make Your Mark! All the hard work is already done. Take these sites and run with them.. I am selling two already established membership sites in the dog niche. Here they are: Siberian Huskies - Puppy Pics - Videos - Discussion Forum Beagle Dogs - Puppy Pics - Videos - Discussion Forum These are NOT sites that I've created to resell. A lot of work has gone in to marketing them and the traffic will continue to grow as the membership does. The right person can greatly capitalize and help this along to create a thriving membership. I know becase my other site is doing so. Iluvbeagles 503 members averages around 20 new free members per month. Huskytime 809 members averages around 30-40 new free members per month. I own another site running the same script which is extremely active which averages around 1 in 10 upgrades for a $25 lifetime membership. So, with a little effort you could have a great passive income from either of these sites. Here's a couple of screenshots from Google analytics for the past month. Iluvbeagles.com Analytics this past month http://www.freeadvertz.com/images/il...sanalytics.png Huskytime.com Analytics this past month http://www.freeadvertz.com/images/hu...eanalytics.png They are both run on PHP Fox membership script. The sites are setup to make money off yearly and lifetime subscriptions. Upgraded members get more access to site sections. I haven't really explored affiliate products. The membership can be mass mailed or messaged from a handy message feature in the Phpfox admin panel. There is only a few dollars per month income as we speak but that's because I haven't spent much time working the membership and forum. I'll sell these to the highest bidder, providing the amount is reasonable. I'm open to ll serious offer for one or both sites. They both have an established membership and get new members almost daily on autopilot. I've also articles, squidoo lenses, Youtube video accounts, that I have put out there to market the sites that will be handed over the winning bid. You'll need to open a subscription for $39.95 for each script as I do - and pay monthly. This is a license payment. Or you can pay in full for the script which I believe is $300. Reason for selling, I'm getting rid of a lot sites to focus more on more profitable ventures. These two are for the chop. |

No, there isn't. No reason why you can't get someone to develop this feature though. There's always new mods coming out at the forum:
phpFox User-User Support Forum - Powered by vBulletin On my other site that is a year or two older and has over 5000 members, I email them regularly and have set up a newsletter which the mods have been doing month to month. Thats another option which I have not had the time to implement on these sites, to find some mods within the membership. |

Hi George
I will sell them seperately. I don't have a set price. These sites will be worth more to some that to others. Make me an offer via PM and I'll keep you updated whether someone has bid higher. I've put over a years work into both of these sites. I've also spent $100s in mods to make them much better than the basic Phpfox script. There are a number of squidoo lenses and one youttube channel that come with each site. Here's examples: Husky Puppies My Beagle Dog Breed Youtube: YouTube - iluvbeaglesdotcom's Channel YouTube - huskytimedotcom's Channel I will offer the winning bidder suggestions on how to develop the site and give them access to my 5000 plus member site to learn from. This isn't a flip site. It's a business. So keep that in mind when bidding. |

Mal, it bothers me to think you are trying to unload un-profitable sites to focus more time on more profitable sites. Why haven't you made these profitable?
I'm slightly interested and bare with me and my questions. Your beagle site doesn't seem worth anything based on your visits alone. Your screen shot from google doesn't show much traffic beyond the first main page. Your husky site seems to have better traffic beyond the first page as well as a forum, does the beagle site also have a forum? You said yourself they are not making much money at all, how much are they making and how are you basing what you want to sell them for? Future 'potential' or current value? You mentioned you spent $100's so I'm already assuming they are profit losing sites so unless you are making money, can I be correct to assume you are trying to recoup losses by selling losing sites? As it looks now, I would only be interested in the Husky site but only after knowing what income it is generating today, not what it 'could' be generating. Can you prove the profits? I can certainly prove my ability to buy to show you I am not wasting your time but I am only interested in purchasing income generating sites, not 'potentially' good sites. |

Thanks for your interest and questions.
I cannot understand why you would be bothered by my wanting to spend more time in areas where my profits are greater and offload sites that are diverting my focus. In spite of the tone of your post I am not out to make a quick buck at another members expense. I'm letting the sites go. My alternative was to just take them offline. I'd obviously much rather I can make some money off them and someone else can benefit from the work I've already put in. yes I' trying to recoup some of my costs. I haven't made any money on them because - as stated above - I have not had the time to give them the attention they need. If we go on income alone then the sites are worth nothing. There in no profit at the moment because the income is based on subscription upgrades. I know from my other site that around 1 in 7 free members will upgrade but as you point out - there is very little activity on one of the sites - there needs to be good activity on the sites otherwise the upgrade rates are much lower. There was a $14.95 subscription from the husky site and nothing for the beagle site. That's the income in total. I don't accept that income is the only factor in a sites value. If I was just starting out online I think this is something that I'd be interested in, especially if I had a passion for either breed. The beagle site also has a forum. The link is at the top of the site. If you're genuinely interested get in touch via pm and we can discuss it more. |
