Hi all, Dylan here. I'm looking to purchase:

1. Sites that are already producing income.

I'm looking for sites that are making AT LEAST $10/month from Adsense, Clickbank or CPAs. (Adsense & Clickbank preferred) It also must already be ranked on Google. I require at least the past 2 month's income screen shot + past 2 month's traffic screenshot, I will not respond to requests without the screenshots AND I will not respond if you don't state a price, I'm a buyer not an appraiser.

- I'll only look at .net, .org, .com sites.
- Please state when the site is established, when the domain expires & which registrar it is registered at.

I've purchased many many sites before with a handful of them in the $xx,xxx region, I'm an experienced buyer, I negotiate HARD but I'm also a FAIR buyer. Please be patient if I don't reply your PMs or messages immediately.

2. Premium domain names.

Domain names that are receiving some type-in traffic and, ideally, are ONEWORD.com or TWOWORD.com meaning something like eyelet.org (1 word) or pantyhoses.org (2 words) both of which are domains I bought by the way.

I don't buy hyphenated or numerated domains and will ONLY consider .com, .org and .net domains.

- Please state when the domain was registered, whether you bought it before, when it expires and where it is hosted

I would like to offer you my latest project, clicktotweet.com. Im a young freelance designer, marketer and student currently working on some IM marketing projects so would consider selling this site to gather the funds.

I purchased this site recently and did a complete makeover, which got it featured in web design galleries such as cssmania.com, mostinspired.com, csswow.com just to name a few. It has also been highly promoted by many twitter tool directories and websites such as killesstartup.com, feedmyapp.com among many others. The website provides a much needed service to twitters and has been marketed by hundreds of twitter users on its own since its launch.

What the site does is allow people to create easy "tweet about this" links they can put on their websites, blogs or simply share anywhere.

The revenue of the site since its new launch on August 25, 2009, made by a very subtle and non-intrusive adsense block, has been of $8USD. Its currently receiving a constant 40-50 visits per day, with plenty of 1,000's uv peaks when featured in blogs.

My asking price in in the lower $XXX (hundreds) range. If you are interested in the site I would be glad to let it go to you.

As a designer I really enjoyed working on this project(and am proud of it) but would be glad to negotiate a bit as I really need the money to get some other internet projects going.

This website promotes the popular earht4 DIY energy product that you might be already familiar with. The website turned in -- "Displaying all 15 results. Total: $493.26" in the last 3 months and the sales still flow in.

4.http://www.penis-advantage.info

Custom design, unique content. The website hasn't made any sales yet as it hasn't been promoted much.

5. http://www.reliefanxiety.info

This website generated 4 sales in the last 2 months. The domain has just been registered 2 months ago, and it promoted the top anxiety/depression related product in clickbank. This website/niche has a huge potential.

6. http://www.cure-acne-treatments.info

11 months old domain. This website has made me quite a bit of money but it hasn't been promoted much. Hasn't made any sales in the last 3 months. Custom theme and content.
