You also bring up a good point. The web-site makes good money with little traffic. Now picture what you will get if you put a tid bit of marketing effort into it.

97% of all traffic is from organic, there was one week of PPC on the site and it's definetly made more than one sale

,the only "risk" of not making sales it has is if the web-server goes down or the web-site gets banned from search engines, these are extreme cases which definetly will not happen. You also bring up a valid point about long tail keyword traffic, the web-site does get traffic from long tail keywords, I should have put that in the video as well.

500$ is an offer I will have to pass. This is an established money making web-site, definition of virtual real estate, 500$ is a great offer for some of the other web-sites listed for sale, but falls short for an established money making web-site such as this one, but thank you for your interest.

I know what you mean about Clickbank products, I got burned with PSP and Movie Downloads myself in the past, but this is not a pirate software product, I really don't see how it can go off the market.
