Looking to Invest Up To $10,000 On Web Sites

I'm a quiet Warrior here but over the past few years I have built up a nice affiliate business. While the affiliate game has been very good to me, I'm looking to diverse my business.

To that end, I've been scouring this forum and Flippa on a daily basis for web properties valued up to $10,000 outside of the affiliate world.

I'm looking for sites that have at least 6 months of history and preferably $500+ net profits per month. I'm flexible with the monthly profit as I'm more interested in truly established sites of HIGH QUALITY with POTENTIAL.

I'm looking for ecommerce sites (drop-shipping or taking inventory of goods), info-product related sites (consumer or IM niches), and literally anything outside of the affiliate industry. Essentially, I'm looking for web properties where the business would by my own - not an affiliate for a merchant.

I also wanted to add that for any sites over $5,000, I will require the transaction go through Escrow.com or SafeFunds.com. I will pay all escrow fees. For sites less than $5,000, I'm willing to work directly with you but it probably doesn't make sense since I'm willing to pay all Escrow fees anyway

Don't know if this would be your cup of tea but I'm selling an almost completed automated online business along with all my web assets. It's only got about 2-3 days of work to be done before its ready. I'm sorry to be selling it but I need to raise some much needed cash asap. This venture would be perfect if you want to build a list of eager to learn followers to then market to and direct.

I have a few sites too when I used to do some design. Getting a few thousand random visitors just off a good domain name. Since then I got into Finance though. I think you should look at investing with derivatives. They are like super cars of the finance world, and you can get gains much faster than investing with stocks regardless of the market going up or down. This is a great way to protect against the financial downturn as you can get gains while the market it going down. This is not something bankers will normally tell you about.

Hi,

I'm not exactly sure if this meets your needs, but I have a website which was generating around $300 per month primarily because of adsense. It has around 90,000 monthly visits primarily from Google organic results and can be found in a variety of directories including DMOZ, BOTW, and Google directory as well as many other major directories which I can't think of right now.

Anyways, the site isn't oriented towards selling any products but is more geared towards to adsense earning. However, the earnings have dropped a couple dollars per day because I have been neglecting it due to a current project that I am undertaking.

If you are interested in this, please shoot me a PM, although I must reiterate that this is a primarily adsense monetized website and I have never put a product on it before. However, with its nearly 100,000 visitors per month mostly from Google's organic search results I'm sure that if you want I can throw up a small product and I can give you some analytics on how well that does.

I *may* be interested. It would depend what the site is about. Can you PM the niche? You don't need to reveal the actual domain if you don't want to. If I at least know the niche I can decide if adding a product would be feasible.

Normally I wouldn't be interested in an AdSense site but with that kind of traffic, there may be some potential - again, depends on the niche.

Hi there. I am the owner of am Ecommerce Shopping Cart Solutions company. It has been established many years, and ranks decently on the search engines (better on Google.co.uk than dot com as i am UK based).

The websites packages sell at £267 ($444) and £367 ($610) a pop and I can provide proof of many previous sales. I have a customer portfolios page, and a demo login area for the customer to try before they buy. I have many website projects, but this business really just needs some TLC from a dedicated promoter to be top of its game. I will PM you a bit later. Let me know if your interested.

Actually, I have $10,000 cash that I can pay TODAY. However, I can go as high as $25,000 for the right opportunity. It's just anything over $10,000 I would need a few days to get the funds in place. I would only go above $10,000 if the opportunity was a "perfect fit." So if you have something, I'm all ears

The site has been up for 5 years now and generates between 4,500 to 6,000 dollars monthly...
