I purchased yesterday and got an error message from paypal that I couldn't download because of

Error: The file you are trying to download does not seem to exist

Website owners, double check the Download URL you put into DLGuard for any errors.
This URL is found on the Edit Product screen, in DLGuard, for the product you're having trouble with.
Try copying the URL into your Internet browser's Address bar and see if it will download directly. If it doesn't, then there is a problem with your URL.

Check your download URL for:
- correct filename
- spelling mistakes
- make sure any upper or lower case letters you may have used match
- general typos
- if using a full URL, make sure it includes the http://

any idea on how to fix this??? So I could get what I purchased???
