Two established sites with money making product for sale.

The first site is:

SOLD

This site is PR3 according to prchecker and has 221 backlinks according to Yahoo

Included with this site is the 100% original product on online bookselling - this is a 40 page ebook which I have sold approximately 75 of in the last 11 months at varying prices (the lowest price is the current one of $14.97). Attached is the list of sales and table of contents

The stats for both sites are attached (I have no idea how to add a screenshot).

The second site is a supporting blog:

SOLD

as you can see there is a custom banner on the blog leading back to sales page.

The content on the site is 100% unique and written by me.

This site has 71 backlinks accordind to Yahoo.

There are approximately 13 articles in ezine that point back to the sales page and these will remain with links intact.

Both sites are around 12 months old and are hosted at Hostgator and registered at 1&1

Why am I selling?

I am too busy and moving in too many directions that I want to pare back and re-focus.

As you can see from the blog I have not posted in a month and frankly have too many sites to manage.

The asking price both sites as a package is $499 (also included is the actual product). The ebook is hosted at e-junkie. I will also promise to not compete in this niche by developing another site and product.

These are not some 2 week old amazon autopost blogs but 100% unique sites in a great niche. There are plenty of affiliate and list building opportunities that I have not leveraged.
