How easy it it to change all the images including the images that change at the top of the blogs? Also do we need photoshop to change the headers?

For anyone who doesn't have Photoshop, I can change the logo to match your domain. For the images that change, it's simply a matter of making a Featured post and uploading an image the correct size.

No ... I don't do any customizations except to edit the header for your domain if you're not able to do that. You are free to customize them yourself or to outsource it though.
